Casino Policies

Please note the following casino trip changes that Klein has made for the safety of our passengers.

• Passenger trips must be prepaid by credit card.  In order to limit person to person contact, no cash payments or payments on day of trip will be accepted.

• Each passenger will be assigned a seat at time of reservation.

• Preferred seating is available for an additional $5 per ticket, please inquire when booking.

• Each passenger will be required to provide contact information to their booking agent for contrac tracing purposes. 

• Cancelations will be taken until noon the business day prior to the trip. Trip credit will be provided if passenger(s) cancels with a reservation agent prior to the indicated time.

• Reservations will be taken up to 5pm the business day prior to the trip.
